Re: Leasing of Peregian Digital Hub

Thank you for the privilege of allowing us to assist with your tenant search for the Peregian Digital

Hub (the Hub). It is the view of Colliers International Sunshine Coast that the successful placement

of Nabooki Pty Ltd (hereinafter Nabooki) will be consistent with Noosa Council’s strategic objective

of bringing together the optimal mix of technology companies to the Hub. This letter outlines the

process that was followed to procure Nabooki in addition to our assessment of Nabooki as a

potential tenant for the Hub.



Procurement Process

Colliers (Sunshine Coast) followed the procurement processes required of Council in addition to
generally accepted methods of advertising online and approaching potentially suitable tenants
within our own database. The below table outlines the timeframes surrounding the tenant
procurement.
