I refer to your application and advise that Council requires further information to satisfactorily
assess the proposal.

2. INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue
The revetment wall position shown on drawings number 24.007 Sheet 1 of 2, Revision A and
24.007 Sheet 2 of 2 Revision A prepared by Kunkel Design does not appear to be correct.
The survey plan for the site (RP856192) indicates that the revetment wall stands within the
property. It is acknowledged that the shape of the boundary and the revetment wall may not
be consistent. The correct relationship between the boundary and revetment wall is critical in
determining if the proposed quayline achieves compliance with Acceptable Outcome
AO19.1(d) of the Waterways Works Code.
Information Required
1. Provide surveyed information prepared by a suitably qualified person that confirms the
location of the boundary and the revetment wall.
2. Provide amended plans that indicate the surveyed location of the revetment wall and the
proposed quayline distance from both the revetment and the boundary.

3. DUE DATE FOR RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUEST
The due date for providing the requested information is 26 July 2024. Email your response to
[email protected]. Please advise Council of your response to this information request
in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided
not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of
your application.
