                     2.3     FIELD ASSESSED VEGETATION

                     A site inspection was undertaken on 31 October 2022. Vegetation within 150m of the proposed
                     development site was observed to differ from the RE mapping as described in Section 2.2 above. The
                     vegetation communities have been mapped in Appendix B and described below (refer

                       Species Composition

                       T1                   Predominantly C. camphora scattered long waterway.

                                            Smaller C. camphora with minor native trees including Endiandra discolour and
                       T2
                                            Alphitonia petriei.

                                            Sparse along waterway and steep banks, includes Pteridium esculentum,
                       Shrub Layer
                                            Ozothamnus diosmifolius and Christella dentata as well as Ipomea indica.

                                       Vegetation Type 4 – Dense forest regrowth dominated by C. camphora
