      Corporate Services       Procurement          Procurement Administration         2      The creation of the new part time position of Procurement

                                                                                              procurement activities and to accommodate a change in
                                                                                              employee work arrangements. It will be offset by a reduction in
                                                                                              the full-time position of Procurement and Contracts Advisor
                                                                                              (PO 10039) from 1 to .6. This will result in a net increase in the
                                                                                              EFT for the Branch from 4 to 4.2.

      Community Services       Libraries and        Digital Services Librarian,               The increase in the part time position of Digital Services

                                                                                              increased demand for digital services. It will be offset against a
                                                                                              reduction in the EFT casual budget by 4. This has a zero net
                                                                                              impact on the EFT for the branch.

                                                                                              to progress special infrastructure projects. The position of
                                                                                              Project Officer was previously appointed to the Infrastructure
                                                                                              Planning, Design and Delivery Branch however because of the
                                                                                              restructure the position has been moved to the Special Projects
                                                                                              Team. The position (PO10101) is currently 6 EFT. It is
                                                                                              proposed that this position be increased to 1 EFT. This will
                                                                                              increase the EFT of the Team from .6 to 1 and provide a higher
                                                                                              level of project support.
