Being a local resident of Cooroy and neighbouring property of the proposed poultry factory i find the proposal has no benifit to the economy of the district whatsoever.
The for and against benifits for this proposal just dont add up, i have read with laughter the engineers report for the condition of of Top Forestry Road which i drive on some occasions (only when weather permitts as  70% of the time it is badly rutted in dry conditions and slippery when wet) so to have heavy traffic on it is an accident waiting to happen.
Pollution on this site shall effect all properties in the ficinity.
Surely if this monstrocity has to be built elect a position close to Highway for truck access and limited disterbance to surrounding properties.
