Dear Sir,

Re: Application for Material Change of Use of 3 Robert Street Noosaville

We, the undersigned, wish to object to Council regarding the application for change
of use for the property located at 3 Robert Street, Noosaville. We reside at 13
Cloudsley Street Noosaville, and we can clearly see what would happen to our quiet
residential area if this application was approved.

If Council did approve this application there would be other similar applications in
our streets i.e. Cloudsley, Laburnum and Janet, as this approval would set a precedent
and therefore other similar applications would have to be approved,

The residents in our quiet area have paid premium prices for their properties because
of the fact that there is low density of parking problems, traffic, noise (loud music),
littering etc. which has occurred in other Airbnb residences. We see that the amenity
of our special Council zoned area has to be maintained.
