               1.     PROPOSAL
               The applicant seeks approval to make a minor change to an existing Town Planning Consent
               Permit (TPC 340).
               The proposal includes retrospective changes to the internal layout and an enclosure of a
               balcony/patio to Unit 5 (the ‘proposed development’) at 5/3 Mitti Street, Noosa Heads (the ‘subject
               site’).
               Notably, the proposal will increase the gross floor area for Unit 5 by 10.57m2 and removing private
               open space by enclosing the patio for conversion into a dining room.
