RE:    MCU15/0085 - MISSED REFERRAL AND MINOR CHANGE IN RESPONSE TO
       COUNCILS FURTHER ISSUES – 44 NANDROYA ROAD, COOROY

I refer to the above-mentioned application and Council’s email dated 19 November
2015 in relation to a possible missed referral and further issues about the application.

In accordance with section 357 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we herby
advise each party to the application that there has been a missed referral in relation
to electricity infrastructure as required by schedule 7 table 3 item 7 of the SPA
Regulations.

Referral will be carried out to Energex within 10 business days.
