Tenant Assessment Criteria
Commercial Terms 19/20 The commercial lease terms provide an increase on
the previously obtained commencing rents for the
building while providing a fair and competitive
accommodation solution for the tenant.
The rental rate offered is higher than most Sunshine
Coast commercial office space on “face-value”
however the ancillary benefits provided to the
tenant well-justify the higher rental rate as the entire
deal represents excellent value for money.
Business Track Record 20/20 From their beginnings building e-commerce booking
solutions for the likes of Groupon and Scoopon,
Nabooki have grown to build solutions for major
clients such as South Australian Tourism
