Viewpoint 10 Views from 9 Russell Street –Unit 1 (Second floor)
The pre-2017 boatshed permitted views of the Noosa River (Figure 4-31) from the balcony of Unit 1 (RL
8.137m), with glimpses of the Noosa North Shore Conservation area in the background. From this viewpoint,
the existing and proposed modified boatshed will also retain water and skyline views. An overall minor
improvement to the quality of this view will be achieved.
