Development Application For A 195 Room, 360 Car Space Resort.

I can’t understand how an application can be considered for the Calile Hotel at the end of Grant St in Noosa Heads, especially when there is only one way in and out of Grant St. I cannot comprehend how the traffic will flow in an out of Grant Street at the roundabout on Grant St and Noosa Drive during the summer holidays and long weekends and school holidays. I am absolutely sure I will not be able to leave my house during these times - believe me, the traffic is absolutely horrendous during these times. Even if they open up Banksia Avenue, it will not solve the problem. The area is absolutely not suitable for such a hotel, obviously the Calile Hotel group don’t care about the environment or residents in the area.  I will be inhaling exhaust fumes and suffering irritating drivers not able to leave Grant St. I am not one for stopping progress, but this is absolutely not the location for this resort, hopefully common sense will prevail.


Please explain the planning and infrastructure that will deal with the large amount of extra traffic this will send down a residential, narrow street - Grant Street.
