               Whether the current proposal could be supported as a sustainable development particularly
                               given the opportunity to develop a more appropriate resort

                                                                                                                                            open space and recreation

                                                                                                                                     It contains many unmitigated and
                                                                                                                                                 unacceptable impacts

                                                                                                                                    The application is incomplete in its
                                                                                                                                   avoidance of the impact of function,
                                                                                                                                         food and beverage operations

                                                                                                                                     The reasons for utilization of land
          Does the proposal meet the needs of the environment, the economy and society or is there a better way?                     zoned open space/ recreation are
                                                                                                                                 unsubstantiated and can be proven to
                                                                                                                                                           be fallacious
