                                                     The proposal includes an on site service
                                                            road accessed from the existing
                                                           roundabout adjacent Alba Close.

                                                   Every service vehicle movement will pass
                                                    the Parkridge residences Four times. All
                                                   service access will be via this access road
                                                       which is directly opposite and visible
                                                                              from Parkridge.

                                                   All manoeuvering in the service court will
                                                                          require reversing.

                                                   Resort Drive is a narrow residential street
                                                      unsuitable for commercial traffic. It is
                                                       already congested when the existing
                                                                      resort car parks are full.
