Pursuant to s.5.3 of the Development Assessment Rules (Version 1.3), we hereby confirm that the following was provided to the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning on 27 April 2022: ™ an electronic copy of the confirmation notice; and m™ an electronic copy of the development application material, as submitted. The referral agency fee ($856.00) was paid by the applicant on 28 April 2022. In view of the above, all referral actions were completed within one (1) day of receipt of the amended confirmation notice.
