INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGE CALCULATION DETAILS:
The infrastructure charge is calculated in accordance with Council’s Infrastructure Charges Resolution
incorporating the charge apportionment (break-up) agreement with Unitywater in compliance with the
Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and Statutory Regulatory Provision (adopted charges) applying at the
time of issuing the notice.

Council’s infrastructure charge levied is based on the following:
