Issue
The application material provided makes no reference in the planning report to the proposed changes to the building in the south eastern portion of the site.  Insufficient information has been provided to demonstrate the need for this change and the area of the proposed roof.
Information Required
Provide an updated planning report that justifies the proposed roof over the deck adjacent to the restaurant tenancy in the south eastern portion of the site.
Issue
It is unclear if the solid roof proposed to overhang the deck adjacent to the south eastern restaurant tenancy will allow sufficient clearance to the water to prevent interference with docked vessels at mean high water.
Information Required
Update Section AA on Drawing No. 2260A03 to illustrate the clearance from the waterline to the solid roof structure when the tide is at MHWS.
