should also be recorded in the documentation. A record of all inspections and maintenance carried out on the
erosion and sediment control devices is to be maintained on site all times during construction.
4.1. Operational Stormwater Management
The proposed development will not materially alter the stormwater quality characteristics of the site once in its
operational phase. The upgrade of the causeway will not alter the pollutant generating characteristics of the
driveway nor its impervious area therefore no change to stormwater quality is expected as a result of the upgrade.
Within the proposed future allotment, the construction of a residential dwelling will similarly be largely insignificant
to stormwater quality. The large rural allotments are of such a size that a future dwelling will only increase the
fraction impervious of the site by only a small amount, and with extensive pervious areas to filter and infiltrate run-
off from the dwelling, the site is unlikely to result in significant worsening of stormwater quality to the downstream
environment.
No operational stormwater quality measures are therefore proposed for the development.
