The site is affected by the Flood Hazard Overlay and the whole site is known to flood. In this regard,
all hazardous chemicals and operational tools will be stored above the defined flood level which is
1.5m above the surrounding ground level. A flood emergency management plan is provided which
provides a detailed plan in the event of flood. A flood warning system can be implemented to reduce
the risk to people or property from flooding. The office building is on posts and sits above the ground
level.

Effluent disposal has been constructed and the land application area is located within the access
handle, above the flood extent.

The building near Lake Macdonald Drive will be used for the company CEO and family to reside in
and the surrounding area used for an emergency evacuation area, being above the 1% AEP.

Noise is contained with the existing shed and faces to the west, away from any of the rural
residential lots. It is extremely important to note the fire fighting tanks are not made from steel but
from vacuum moulded carbon fibre. There is a very limited use of noise generating tools for this
process.
