1.0        Introduction______________________________________________________________
Intrax Consulting Group Pty Ltd (Intrax) have been engaged by Imagine Kit Homes Pty Ltd to conduct a site
investigation at Lot. 188, No. 56, Reserve Street, Pomona, Qld, 4568. The aim of which is to provide a site
classification for the proposed residential development in accordance with AS2870-2017 – Residential Slabs and footings.

The following report outlines methods, results, and observations from this investigation. The resultant site classification
has been made in conjunction with the sites sub-surface soil profile and other prevailing onsite conditions.
