Cover Letter - Minor Change Application

The alterations would result in an additional 16m2 (1.15%) of site cover in accordance with the definitions
under the Noosa Plan 2020. Consequently, the proposed development would offer a total site cover of
462m2 (33.95%).

The units were not provided with any covered outdoor living opportunities with the original design. The
proposed roofed patio would enhance liveability of the dwelling, promote outdoor living and better respond
to Noosa Shire’s subtropical climate.

Changes to Conditions/Plans of Approval

As a result of approving the proposed changes, it is requested that the plans listed in the table below are
reflected in any change to approval decision notice. It is considered that no other change to the approval
would be necessary.
