3.4       South East Queensland Koala Conservation Strategy - Koala habitat mapping
The SEQ Koala Conservation Strategy - Koala Habitat Mapping identifies that the site is located
within a Koala Priority Area and contains Core Koala Habitat (refer to Plate 6).

3.5       Wildlife Online database
The Wildlife Online database was queried in December 2020 using a 2km search radius. The
database identifies 218 previously recorded flora and fauna species within a 2km radius of the site,
comprised of the following:
      ·    11 amphibian species;
      ·    64 bird species;
