2.    ASSESSMENT
The grounds for refusal of the original application related to the following aspects:
•     Non-compliance with the SEQ Regional Plan due to the significant scale of accommodation
      which alienated and compromised the rural production of the land.
•     Non-compliance with the Noosa Plan 2020 due to alienation of agricultural land due to the
      scale of the accommodation use and the structures being of permanent construction. The
