      Nature and Extent of Approved Use
59.   The Group Farm Stay Accommodation approval is for a maximum of 88 beds comprising 80
      student beds and 8 teacher beds with a maximum gross floor area of 1150m2.
60.   The Group Farm Stay Accommodation is to be operated in conjunction with the existing
      permaculture golf course and agricultural activities on site and is to be generally consistent
      with the recommendations of The Permaculture, Syntropic and Regenerative Agriculture
      Food Systems report dated June 2022.
