In relation to the request to make a minor change to the existing approval, Council on 6 July 2021, decided to approve the requested changes. The changes are detailed below:
A.	The proposal includes an alteration to the building façade in the form of a planter box above the garage and an increase of 300mm to the height of the blade wall.
B.	The changes do not raise any concerns in regards to the Noosa Plan 2020 and are considered to be generally in accordance with the existing approval.
