Please accept this letter as a formal request to transfer the existing application RAB21/0101 to the MCU as a
combined application for a Material Change of Use (MCU) triggered by the Agricultural Overlay and Concurrency
Agency Referral for setbacks is required, please transfer the existing fees $928.62 to the combined application to
include a MCU application attached. It is understood the fees associated for the MCU is $1166 therefore please
find attached a CC Authority for the difference of $237.38 owing.
