7        Conclusion
This BMP was prepared by a suitably qualified person and is in general accordance with Bushfire
resilient communities and the JER.
A bushfire hazard assessment determined the site is affected by bushfire hazard for the purpose of the
application for a development permit and future applications for building permits.
Mitigation measures that must be implemented as part of the proposed development are specified in
Chapter 6.
