All excess stormwater collected on site must be directed by pipes to discharge at least 10 m down slope
from the proposed structures. Surface dissipation, such as a rock weir or similar, must be installed at the
stormwater outlet(s) to minimise the risk of soil erosion at the discharge point. Discharge on to, or directly
above, the horticultural terraces to the south-east of the proposed building envelope would not be
permissible.
Subsurface disposal of stormwater must not be undertaken.
