In accordance with s 13.2 of the Development Assessment Rules, we hereby provide all of the information requested. Please refer to the item responses below. In addition to the items raised as part of the Information Request, it is advised that the site’s access arrangement has been amended to take into account the existing power pole, by including a left in and left out driveway arrangement with central median. The amended access driveway arrangement has been reviewed by TTM traffic consultants who have confirmed that it is acceptable. The amended access has been included as part of the revised architectural plans (refer to Attachment B). The proposed stairs are not considered sufficient for the range of maintenance tasks and equipment required for the basins. At a minimum, additional space to allow for a maintenance access ramp should be provided. Information Required: 1. Demonstrate how PO7, AO7.1, PO9 and AO9.2 of the Water Quality and Drainage Code will be achieved. In particular, how visual integration, safety and maintenance access are achieved in the proposed design. Response – Item 1 Morgan Consulting Engineers have prepared a written response and updated their Stormwater management plan in response to Council’s FIR items 1 – 5 (Refer to Attachment A). The revised Stormwater management details incorporate the following matters as requested by Item 1:
