The only other overlooking opportunities, albeit minor, arise from the south facing rear bedroom windows of unit 411,
which face towards the upper storey bedroom windows of 37 Regatta Circuit (refer to Image 3 below). The plans have
been amended to include horizontal screens as shown in Figure 8 below. It is noted that the dwelling on 37 Regatta Cct
has retractable blinds which will also achieve privacy.
