A cul-de-sac radius of 9m has been adopted as per Noosa Planning Scheme Policy section
SC6.7.5 1. (n).
4. Earthworks
Some minor filling is required on lot 1 to provide a flood free building envelop. This would be
provided as part of the Operational Works. This minor filling has been accounted for in the flood
modelling. The remainder of the building envelops are all located in flood free areas on the site,
however minimum floor heights above the natural ground level will be needed to achieve a
minimum 300mm free board above the flood level or PMF. Filling of these building pads has been
included on the preliminary drawings.
5. Conclusions and Recommendations
The preliminary plans along with this report demonstrate that the proposed development can be
serviced and designed to meet Council engineering design standards
