Hi Council,

My name is Tony Enchelmaier and I live at 77 King Parrot Lane, Ridgewood.

The property I live on along with my wife and 2 children will be affected if the application for the Chicken Farm on Top Forestry Road is given the go ahead by Council.

There will be a constant noise from the extractor fans on the sheds that will affect us residents along with the Heavy vehicle noise that will start at very early in the morning at times. We already hear the machinery that is used on this property for the Avocado farm. I invite anyone to visit to hear the noise already and then understand how this could be magnified if the application is given the green light. I do not believe that it will be within the acceptable noise levels for the zoned area that we live in.

The Dust and Odour are also a major comcern. The fine dust landing on our rooftops and being washed into our water tanks to be digested. Would any concillor be willing to drink this for a long term period as we may be required to do if the application is approved. The dust will affect the wildlife, waterways and our many food bearing crops and animals we and our neighbours have. The odour at  times will be unbearable as no study or test can take into account changed weather conditions that will happen. This odour will affect the human being over long time exposure.

As mentioned above, I am happy to have any councillors visit the area or our residence to see first hand how we and all of the residents will be affected.
