Site description

       The subject site is located at 186 Cooroy Noosa Road, Tewantin and is described as Lot 2 on
        RP177554, covering an area of 4.047 hectares (see Figures 2).
       The site is zoned as Community Services under the Noosa Plan Zones.
       The subject site is approximately 0.80 hectares in area and is west of the existing Dementia unit, which
        was completed sometime in 2013.
       To the north of the subject site are residential properties (see Photographic Plate 3), and the southern
        boundary of the site is bordered by Cooroy Noosa Road. Across the Cooroy Noosa Road and further to
        the south of the site is Tewantin National Park – Wooroi Day Use Area (see Photographic Plate 1),
