To whom it may concern,
I wish to express my views on the destined land use of the block of land on Eumundi road Noosaville, opposite Bunnings, and most recently occupied by a great little fruit shop and coffee shop which has subsequently closed down. I believe this parcel of land is possibly going to be used for another petrol station in Noosaville. I strongly oppose this suggestion, on the grounds that there are already 4 EXISTING PETROL STATIONS WITHIN A 700 metre RADIUS OF THIS LOCATION, including the Caltex station at Noosa Civic, the new 7Eleven and Shell fuel stations on Noosa Eumundi road, and the Caltex Noosaville deisel stop on Venture drive. With so much competition within such a small area, Noosaville already suffers from one of the most expensive locations on the Sunshine coast to purchase fuel. I strongly urge common sense to prevail and I sincerely hope another petrol station will not appear in my local area.
