I am a local resident of Ridgewood and have reviewed the latest information submitted in respect of the phased development approach, the traffic and heavy transport capability, safety and odour management strategies associated with the application. 
I consider that the revised proposal information does not adequately address any of the serious concerns and issues previously  raised by the broader Cooroy community. The  proposals presents real and serious negative impacts on the environment,  road safety, and  amenity of the Cooroy district.  The proposal does not demonstrate that any economic benefit will flow to the broader community, however it does demonstrate that costs will be realised in many forms throughout the community if this proposal is successful.

I therefore request  that the proposal be rejected.
