Dear Kerri,

On behalf of our client Altum Properties No.9 Pty Ltd, we hereby lodge a development application for a material change
of use for 34 Multiple dwellings over the abovementioned property.
Please find enclosed the following documents and supporting information for Council’s assessment:
     Application Form – Development Application Form 1
     Owners Consent
     Town Planning Report
     Architectural Plans
     Landscape Plan
     Civil Engineering Works
     Stormwater Management Plan

Note additional supporting information including an Acoustic Assessment and Traffic Impact Assessment will be
forthcoming and submitted as part of the assessment.
It is understood that the application fee for the subject application is $32,033 as provided in accordance with Council’s
fees and charges. We would appreciate if Council could forward an invoice to the undersigned so that we can arrange for
prompt payment.
