   That the Body Corporate approves a Special Sinking Fund levy at a rate of $625.00 per contribution lot entitlement,
   totalling $31,250.00 (before discount) to be raised to meet the cost of expenditure associated with a pool area
   upgrade/front entrance upgrade/landscaping works following approval of this motion and payable 30 days thereafter.
   Further, that the above levies, if approved, be subject to a discount of 20% if paid on or before the due date.


11. INCREASE COMMITTEES SPENDING LIMIT FOR POOL AREA UPGRADE/FRONT
    ENTRANCE UPGRADE/LANDSCAPING

   That subject to Motion 10 being carried, in terms of Section 151 of the Body Corporate and Community Management
   (Standard Module) Regulation 2008 as amended, the spending limit of the Committee be increased to $60,000 for the
   purpose of upgrading of the pool area, front entrance and landscaping works.


12. ERECTION OF AN ALL WEATHER PRIVACY SCREEN LOT 4

   MOTION CARRIED. YES -3                NO - 1        ABSTAIN -0

   That the Body Corporate approve of the erection of a weather/privacy screen on the Lot 4 North Balcony.

   The screen will be aesthetically pleasing and is to protect the side balcony from the weather and provide privacy from
   the next door neighbours view.


13. FIXING OF CLADDING TO EXTERNAL BALCONY WALLS LOT 5

   That the Body Corporate approve of the fixing of cladding to the external balcony walls of the Lot 5 balconies.

   The cladding will be aesthetically pleasing and is to improve the appearance of the balcony walls.
