        I support the application for the establishment of a shop (take away) at the above mentioned address. The use
        has planning merit in that ~ is,
           o   Located within a recinct that at resent has limited 0                    ortunities for workers meals and as such there is a need
           o   It is suitably located to enable walking lessoning the impacts of cars and reguirements for car parking.
