| acknowledge your advices that you have built a cabin on your property which is accessed from Gumboil Road across Easement B on RP209765, a Unitywater water supply easement.
Unitywater does not object to you or your guests crossing the Easement to gain access to the cabin.

However, please ensure you continue to comply with Clause 4 of the Easement terms:

The Grantor shall not nor will at any time build upon the servient tenement or any
part thereof or use the said land in such a way as to obstruct or interfere with the
said water mains and water reticulation system and the proper and effective use
thereof by the Grantee.
