The information requested is set out below:

Issue
The supplied arborist report provides a Basic Level 1 Visual Tree Assessment. No trunk
decay detection or root structure assessment has been undertaken. No aerial assessment
of the integrity of the branch structure has been undertaken. It is advisable to have an
assessment undertaken by a qualified person who has direct experience with the tree. The
tree provides habitat and is visually prominent.

Information Required
1        Obtain and provide for assessment a further detailed report from a competent and
         experienced arborist which provides information relevant to the structural integrity of
         the tree, based on, but not limited to, the soundness of the trunk, integrity of the
         branches and integrity of root zone. This information is to be derived from decay
         testing techniques, visual inspection, root integrity investigations or other methods of
         investigations as deemed necessary by the consulting arborist, who has had
         considerable experience in assessing this tree species in South East Queensland.
         The report must include a peer review of the Consult Arbor report, risk assessment ,
         mitigation and management recommendations.
