RE: Proposed Mixed Use Development 125 Myall Street, Cooroy- MCU 14/0056- Response to
Information Request

We act on behalf of Creekgold Pty Ltd, the applicant in relation to the above development application matter- SARA
Reference SDA-0714-012936.

By way of background-

    1.   SARA issued an Information Request on 13 August, 2014;

    2.   a change to the application was lodged with Council on 19 November, 2014 incorporating amended
         proposal plan (Site Layout Plan 14004-DA02 Rev E2). Key changes to the plan included a reduction in the
         scale of the Retail Business Type 2- Shop from 1144m2 to 250m2, removal of access to Ferrels Rd and
         inclusion of a Cooroy Township Promotion Kiosk (10m2).


    3.   the Council confirmed by letter dated 24 November, 2014 that the IDAS process did not stop (S 354 of SPA)
         for that type of change and the application remained in the Response to Information Request stage as a full
         response had not yet been submitted.

Consequently, in response to the Information Request by SARA dated 13 August, 2014, please find attached-

    1.   Completed Information Request Response Form- enclosing all of the information requested;
    2.   Current Proposal Plans;
    3.   Engineering report by vT Consulting Engineers including Stormwater Management Report ( Revision F dated
         27.01.2015);
    4.   Stormwater Quantity Management Plan prepared by Storm Water Consulting (dated 14.01.2015)

In summary, we believe the above responses will satisfy SARA’S Information Request in respect of the proposed
development. We offer this in full response to SARA’S Information Request and request that SARA continue with its
assessment of the application.
