I have been briefed on the above application for a proposed tower to be built on the
property at 244 Tablelands Road, Cooran.

With the position of this proposed tower, it will have a high negative impact to views from
many properties, not just surrounding this location but also those further away.

This application clearly does not meet any of the requirements of the Noosa Plan inclusive
but not limited to section 3, Matters for consideration, mainly sections 3.2 Unlikely
Support Proposals, Points a to e. and section 3.4 Wherever practical towers should -,
a to g.

I am therefore opposed to this application and trust council to stand by the Noosa
Planning Scheme Policy 23- Telecommunication Towers and reject this application
