Conclusion
In summary 2021 the Customer Service branch has performed very well overall meeting and
exceeding most of the branches KPI's, as well as being awarded the Team Award at Councils
recognition awards 2021. Faced with many challenges relating to COIVD-19, staff attrition and
financial resourcing limitations the overall satisfaction of the services delivered by the Customer
Service branch to the community is of high quality. While there is still opportunities to improve
some aspects of the business relating to the better use of some technologies and development
of staff to encourage team members to remain in branch thus reducing the need to continually
recruit and onboard as well as reducing the loss of knowledge and expertise from the branch.
The team continues to reach for and deliver the corporate plan objective of “Providing
excellence in customer service’.
