Risks & Opportunities
The Environment and Sustainable Development Department are experiencing high workloads
across all areas, coupled with a number of staff absences and the initiation of public notification
and a Shire wide community engagement program for the Draft New Noosa Plan in the next
quarter. A range of initiatives are being put in place to minimise any potential delays in
Development Assessment and manage customer expectations while maintaining our focus on
good customer service during this period.
