We submitted an objection to this Short Term Accommodation application on May 21. We had an automated reply to that.
This follow up email contains further reasons in support of our original submission.

1. We have been made aware that the proposal is indeed contrary to the Noosa Plan by potentially impacting on residential amenity, in relation to noise and parking issues - the dwelling in question can sleep 10 adults!

2. The Coastal Communities Local Plan states: PO15 - Visitor accommodation is not to be located in areas which are predominately permanent residential.

3.  There is currently under construction a development adjacent to the IGA which will house up to 50 short term visitors. We don’t need any more facilities of this type in our neighbourhood.
