REF: APPLICATION NUMBER MCU10/2083 - OBJECTION

I wish to advise you of my objection to planning application MCU10/2083 for
the following reasons:

   • Access to this site is already problem and will not be eased if access is
     also from Skipper Place which is a small local road and not a main
     thoroughfare.

   • There are already many vacant shops and businesses in Noosa and
     surrounds and an extra 8 shops are definitely not needed in this
     position or elsewhere in Noosa.


   • The existing residential properties in this vicinity will be affected by
     increased traffic using Skipper Place.
