6. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
This application seeks a Development Permit for Material Change of Use for a dwelling. The proposal is
code assessable development under the Noosa Planning Scheme and a consistent use within the Rural
Zone. The application can comply with the code requirements by compliance with the performance
outcomes and overall outcomes.
