1. Introduction
1.1 Overview
Wayne Gooch, consulting arborist for Treesafe Australia Pty Ltd. has been asked by Michael
Moore, director of BAX Engineering, to provide an arborist report on trees which remain in a
waterway corridor. The report is to satisfy Condition 35 of the Negotiated Decision notice from
Noosa Council.

1.2 Brief
Treesafe Australia Pty Ltd is to inspect, collect data and provide an Arborist Report – to determine
the health and sustainability of the trees within the waterway corridor onsite.

1.3 Qualifications and Experience
I have based this report on my site observations from ground level and the provided information.
I have experience and qualifications in arboriculture, Diploma of Arboriculture AHC 50510.
