I wish to lodge my support for the new development currently being
advertised at 215 David Low Way Peregian Beach.

I have viewed the plans and design and believe there is a real need for this
style of project which embraces a short stay visitor component, permanent
living and a conference facility. This will be good for the area and will be
another asset to the Peregian precinct. Please note my support for the
approval of this application.
