Pursuant to S272 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and Council’s Acknowledgement Notice issued by your office dated 12 February 2013, we wish to advise that today we have sent an application to the Department
of Environment and Heritage Protection (DEHP) as a Concurrence Agency.
 
We have sent to the DEHP a copy of Council’s Acknowledgement Notice, a copy of the application to Council and the required fee for the application to DEHP.
 
We are of the understanding that you should receive a copy of their concurrence comment directly from their office.
