Coastal Protection and Scenic Amenity
The site is mapped as containing Coastal
Protection and Scenic Amenity. In accordance
with Table 5.9.4, an assessment of the Coastal
Protection and Scenic Amenity overlay code is
required. An assessment of the code has been
undertaken, with the non-compliances
addressed above within this report.
Landslide Hazard
The site is mapped as containing areas of
Landslide Hazard. In accordance with Table
5.9.8, an assessment of the Landslide Hazard
overlay code is not required as the proposal is
for a dwelling house.
